INGREDIENTS:
- Basmati Rice 2 cups (cooked and cooled)
- Garlic 1 tsp finely chopped
- Basil leaves 3-4 roughly torn or dried 1/2tsp
- Parsley leaves 1/2 tsp (dried)
- Oregano 1 tsp (dried)
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Oil 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
METHOD:
Serving Size: 4-5
Heat butter and oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and stir fry until they turn golden in color.
Once done add parsley, oregano, basil leaves, and chili flakes. Toss them well for a minute.
Add salt and pepper to the herbs. Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix well to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Turn off the heat and transfer it to a serving bowl.
Serve buttered herbed rice with grilled vegetables or you can have it alone also.
