Herbed Garlic Butter Rice

 INGREDIENTS:

  1. Basmati Rice 2 cups (cooked and cooled)
  2. Garlic 1 tsp finely chopped
  3. Basil leaves 3-4 roughly torn or dried 1/2tsp
  4. Parsley leaves 1/2 tsp (dried)
  5. Oregano 1 tsp (dried)
  6. Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  7. Butter 2 tbsp
  8. Oil 1 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

METHOD:

Serving Size: 4-5

Heat butter and oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and stir fry until they turn golden in color.

Once done add parsley, oregano, basil leaves, and chili flakes. Toss them well for a minute.

Add salt and pepper to the herbs. Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix well to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Turn off the heat and transfer it to a serving bowl.

Serve buttered herbed rice with grilled vegetables or you can have it alone also.

Creamy Mushroom Garlic Chicken

  INGREDIENTS: Chicken Breasts boneless 2 Flour for dredging  Button Mushrooms 1 cup sliced Butter 3 tbsp Oil 1 tbsp Onion 1 medium finely chopped Oregano 1 tsp Paprika Powder 1/2 tsp Garlic 6-8 minced Chicken broth or Water 1 cup Fresh Cream 1 cup Salt and Pepper as per taste METHOD: Serving Size: 3-4 Fillet each chicken breast lengthwise into two thinner cutlets. Spinach And Cottage Cheese (Palak Paneer) Paratha

  INGREDIENTS: Spinach Leaves 500 gram Cottage Cheese (Paneer) 400 gram grated Onion 3 tbsp chopped Cumin Seeds 1 tsp Ginger grated 1 tsp Green Chili 2 chopped Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder 1 tsp Coriander Leaves chopped a handful Salt to taste Sugar 1/2 tsp Oil 4-5 tbsp Whole Wheat Flour 2 cups Water as needed METHOD: Serving Size: 6-7 Blanch the palak leaves by immersing them in hot water for 4-5 minutes.
