INGREDIENTS:
- Spinach 100 grams chopped
- Frozen corn 1 cup soaked in warm water for 5 minutes before serving.
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- All-purpose flour 3tsp
- Milk 1 cup
- Cheese grated 1/2 cup
- Italian seasoning 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
- Garlic cloves 2 large cloves minced
- Bread slices 8
METHOD:

Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet. Once the butter melts add minced garlic and sauté for 15-20 seconds. Add corn and stir fry for 1 minute. Add black pepper, salt and mix.
Add chopped spinach and cook for 30 seconds.
Then add all-purpose flour and sauté for 1-2 minutes till it's all roasted.
Add milk and keep stirring. Add the grated cheese, Italian seasoning, and red chili flakes. Stir to combine.
Let it all cook for 2 minutes or till milk and cheese are combined and mixture looks like a paste.
Spread the prepared spinach corn mixture on bread slices.
Melt the remaining butter in a grill pan. Toast till sandwiches are golden brown from both sides.
Slice into triangular shapes and serve with any sauce of your choice.
