INGREDIENTS:
- Eggs 2
- Butter 1tbsp
- Salt as required
- Freshly ground black pepper
METHOD:
Serving Size: 1
Heat butter in a nonstick pan over a medium heat. Break the eggs into the pan. Cook until the whites are just set on top and the yolks are still runny.
Cook on low heat for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately paired with toasted bread, roasted tomatoes and bell peppers.
