INGREDIENTS:
- Pomfret fish whole 2 pieces cleaned
- Ginger garlic paste 2-3 tsp
- Coriander powder 2tsp
- Cumin powder 2tsp
- Kashmiri red chili powder 2sp
- Green chili paste 2tsp
- Garam masala powder 1tsp
- Tandoori chicken masala 2tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Lemon juice 1tbsp
- Rice powder 1/4 cup
- Breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
METHOD:
Marinate the fish with all the spices except the rice powder and breadcrumbs.
Mix the rice powder and breadcrumbs in a plate.
Dab the fish in the mixture and place in the pan.
Fry the fish on medium flame. After a minute flip the fish and fry till they turn golden brown.
